Marty is a most deserving President's Award Winner. Employed by NCP for 20 years Marty is everyone's “go to” person and part of the heart and soul of the agency. Her knowledge, experience and expertise are legendary and she is the “guru” of our consumer Data base system. She is never too busy to help and is always willing to lend an “ear” to all who cross her threshold. Marty is respected by all for her knowledge and more importantly her compassion.

2009 Paul Burnham |
Working for NCP since 1980, Paul is working on 30 years as the agency's personal “Mr. Fix it”. Paul always takes on a new task with a smile and a "can do" attitude. There isn't a “problem” that Paul won't tackle and everyone affectionately refers to him as “MacGyver” because he can find a way to fix anything. |
2008 Donna Dooley |
Donna has been employed by NCP for four years. She is currently Payroll Clerk and does the payroll for the entire agency, interacting with all of the employees. She is very knowledgeable about payroll and is always a pleasure to work with. Despite her busy, high stress job, you always feel comfortable calling Donna, as she always puts her “customers” (NCP staff) first. |
2007 Grace Deasy |
Grace has been employed by NCP as a RSC for 17 years, She originally began in 1977 and worked until 1982. Grace left for a period of time to raise her family but returned to us in 1997. Grace was nominated by her consumer's sister in 2007. The sister sent in a letter explaining how well her sister had been doing since being involved with NCP and Grace. Grace is one of NCP's most caring RSC's. |
2006 Isabelle Peloquin |
Isabelle has been working for NCP since 2002 as the IT Manager. She is in charge of computer systems, applications development and support for the entire agency. Isabelle is a loyal and conscientious employee that can be depend on and and trusted to fix any and all computer mishaps. She will do everything in her power to meet the needs of those who count on her for assistance and direction. |

2004 Kelly Hamm |
Kelly is a production supervisor at the Menands Workshop and has been a member of the professional staff for twenty-six years. Kelly is motivated, upbeat and helps her workers overcome their on-the-job fears.

2003 Kathie Barnat |
Kathy was Business Office Manager at NCP for twenty-five years, starting in Accounts Receivable and ending up in Accounts Payable, Payroll and Purchasing. Kathy was not afraid to work hard and willing to take on any job, she tackled all assignments with great enthusiasm and determination.

2002 David Edelstein |
David is the Senior Rehabilitation Counselor in the Menands office and has been a member of the professional staff since 1984. David is a true advocate for the disabled who often goes "above and beyond" in providing services.

2001 Janet Simmons |
Janet is the Supervisor of Counseling Services and oversees two hundred consumers in addition to staff. She has been a member of the professional service staff since 1985 and is recognized for her excellent leadership abilities, great insight and objectivity.

2000 Gerry Fitzgibbon |
Gerry is an evaluation assistant who travels to various NCP sites to perform vocational standardized testing. Gerry started her NCP career as a job coach and then became a full time staff person in 1991. |
1999 Lisa VanBramer |
Lisa is a twenty-two year member of the professional staff who started her NCP career as an Intern from the College of St. Rose. Lisa is recognized for her knowledge, competence, motivation and initiative within her peer group and performing activities beyond assigned duties.
