As The Norton Center continues to grow, state-of-the-art training programs are being developed which will allow individuals to obtain job-specific training and be placed into competitive employment within The Norton Center complex or with one of its partners. The Norton Center 's job-specific training programs will be designed to meet the needs of both consumers and employment partners.
