Supported Education Program

Program description

Supported education is a community mental health program which utilizes the psychiatric rehabilitation model to assist individuals with choosing, getting and keeping educational goals. Through the use of individual support, the potential or enrolled student will identify his/her educational needs in an effort to formulate a specific school goal.
